Only the following styles of apartment are furnished at Bannockburn Village & Plaza:

• Bannockburn Suites (BBS)
• Scots Suites (SCS)
• Loft Suites (LFS)

The above suites are fully furnished with one or two of each of the following items, depending on the number of occupants in the suite:

• Desk & Chair
• Bed frame & mattress
• Chest of drawers

Only one set of furniture is permitted per resident and standard furniture will not be removed and/or stored by Housing. If you occupy a furnished suite and have your own furniture, please push unwanted items to the border of your room. The bed frame can easily be disassembled and stored beneath your own bed or against a wall.  No Bannockburn Village & Plaza apartments other than those noted above will be furnished by Housing. Our limited furniture inventory is kept in order to (1) fill the needs of residents who have roommates in their suites and (2) replace damaged furniture.
